The BIOCERAMIC MOONSWATCH series MISSION TO THE SUPER BLUE MOONPHASE watch pays tribute 

to the first super blue moon of the year and pays tribute to the joyful atmosphere of summer.

 In the evening, after a day on the beach with warm sunshine and sand between your toes, 

we will present this extraordinary moon phase watch to you at selected Swatch sales points.

The Bioceramic MoonSwatch MISSION TO THE SUPER BLUE MOONPHASE watch not only has a chronograph function, but also features a moon phase in multiple shades of blue on a dark celestial background in UV ink on a subdial at 2 o'clock. The blue innovative bioceramic bezel is embellished with a white pulsometer scale. All other watches in the Bioceramic MoonSwatch series have a tachymeter scale.

The pulsometer is a special display used primarily on sports chronographs or chronograph dials. The pulsometer scale allows the wearer to know the heart rate without having to calculate. Originally designed for doctors or nurses, this function allows the wearer to confirm the heart rate by stopping the chronograph hand after 30 heartbeats, at which point the dial indicates the heart rate per minute.

The Bioceramic MoonSwatch MISSION TO THE SUPER BLUE MOONPHASE watch also features a panda dial design. The opaline silver dial features contrasting blue subdials. The watch features a variety of blue tones, from light to dark.

Like all models in the Bioceramic MoonSwatch collection, the Bioceramic MoonSwatch MISSION TO THE SUPER BLUE MOONPHASE is made from an innovative bioceramic material patented by Swatch. This unique material is made from a mixture of two-thirds ceramic and one-third bio-sourced material extracted from castor oil.
